Its Logical!

The mouse has to be one of the most important tool in PC gamers arsenal. There are advantages and disadvantages of everyone mouse. Step one if you are using your laptops touch screen mouse pad please STOP! go spend 20 for an ok mouse so you won't suffer beatings on a regular basis!

Now personally I like to use logitech mouses for one reason really they are cheaper. They work find and I would really recommend any logitech mouse they are good quality.

But if you want to have the lowest reaction rate you better to get ready to spend some money. Razor mouses are the top of the line almost all professional PC gamers use the mouses and Razor sponsors a lot of different PC games. They look awesome but they start at $80.00! 

If you want the best though you have to pay for it. But I recommend the good  old fashion logitech built strong and if someone breaks or steals it you would be less likely to beat their face in.

League of Legends or LOL. is anything, but a joke. It is the best free to play MMORTS. It is very competitive and has a steep learning curve. Which its tutorial helps to solves some otherwise if you are new to LOL you will suffer and just get murdered. I know that from experience. There are also several maps that will be needed to be learn for full strategical WIN!

LOL has playable characters called champions and they have over 75 of them all with a different skills for different strategies. So use the free trial champions to figure out your play style before you spend you game points on a champion that doesn't suit you.

LOL also just recently won a Golden Joystick Award for best free to play so you know it means business. If you don't like to strategize and just like hacking and slashing this game really isn't for you. However once you learn the basics and played for a few hours it definitely  becomes fun.

Overall I give League of Legends a 4.5 out of 5 it does what it sets out to do and is in my opinion one of the best MMORTS games available. So LOL has the Yeti approval and is very chill.

A Storm is Brewing!

There are many computers on the market today and they are serve different purpose. Most PC gamers know that macs are not up to the task of PC gaming and the fact that they don't support the software. So it leaves the question what kind of computer should I get. Well that is quite simple in my opinion go with Digital Storm.


Other than have a super sweet name Digital Storm is highly a awarded custom computer company. That right I said custom computer(chills running down your spine). Now here is what is great about Digital Storm you get a ton of power for around $1,000. Now to me a $1,000 is a lot of money, but to someone who is a serious gamer a gaming PC is a must. Trust me I rather pay $1,000 for a gaming computer than $5,000 or more for the same quality.

Forsaken World anything but forsaken

Perfect World one who made many free to play MMORPGs over the years and most of them pretty good made a game called Forsaken World. Forsaken World has a different landscape than most of Perfect World's games set in a more westernized area than oriental.  

The setting and graphics are beautiful and a player can get really get lost in the environment. The areas are so huge and has a lot of vertical changes in the landscape not like some where the land is just flat. The detail on the characters are great as well. 

Forsaken World also has a pretty decent character customization, race and class choice. I personally like the dwarfs just because they are the only ones who can use a rifle. But what makes Forsaken World totally different than most of the free to play MMORPGs is the occupations it has 11 so far and they range from blacksmith, armorsmith to collector, merchant, and botanist. The class though of the characters are the typical classes for the most part warrior, assassin, and mage. 

Forsaken World is very quest oriented and not grind oriented. Most are the normal run and talk to such and such or kill 10 of these. However the items from quest are helpful and cool. 

A pet system is also included which is nice and most MMORPGs today are implementing. Forsaken World also has mounts which help travel faster, but they have to be bought with real money. There is a quest at lvl 20 but that is a timed mount and only lasts for a week.

I give Forsaken World a 3.9 out of 5 it is a fun game with nice graphics, quests, and cool items. It also has cool attacks that change from time to time not the same generic slash or shoot. But it does carry a lot of generic MMORPG play. Some players will loose interest and others will enjoy it. I say give it a try its FREE!

Is World of Warcraft grabbing at straws?

Now I am not a fan of World of Warcraft or (W.o.W.) but I do like creativity. But this last announcement made by blizzard is just so unimaginative. W.o.W. is releasing a new character called Pandarans. Now I don't know about you but something looks oddly familiar about this character........

Now just because Po in Kung Fu Panda 2 finds family doesn't not mean it needs to be exploited in World of Warcraft.  

So I'm giving total thumbs down to this announcement and the new character of W.o.W. because lack of creativity and for jumping on the panda train which is about to make me vomit. 

Don't get me wrong pandas are cool, but the media's exploitation of them is becoming a stale and uninspiring.

Dragons, Orcs, Skyrim OH MY!

Everyone who is a lover of RPG's knows The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is coming out November 11, 2011. Me personally I can not wait. The Elders Scrolls IV: Oblivion was just spectacular and mind blowing with just setting and graphics and not to mention a thrilling story-line. But what intrigues me the most in wait for it DRAGONS!!! So save all your pennies, and get ready for November 11! I will leave with the tantalizing trailer.

Alliance of Valiant Arms (A.V.A.) breakdown

There are many free to play games out there on the net these days. Some aren't work the time to even download. But if you life First Person Shooter (FPS) A.V.A is something to look into. A.V.A is celebrating its second year in the Free to Play market. But you may ask why A.V.A.? well I say duhhh because its FREE, but that is not the only reason.


The graphics are awesome for free to play. It looks way better than other FPS which look like they are using Counter Strike Source graphics which were good in the day, but way outdated now.

The graphics just get you immersed in the game. Explosions from enemy nades blowing up in your face is just some of the special effects A.V.A.

Not only does A.V.A have nice flowing graphics it has 60+ weapons. These weapons have the most realistic settings. A.V.A. tries its best not to over power guns, but does want to make those guns awesome. And they offer some guns to be bought with gp or gcoins. Now gcoins are really money and you may say hey I don't want to spend really money on a weapon. That is what is nice about A.V.A. its regular gp weapons are just as good and some are even better. I personally like the Bizon.

A.V.A also have a nice wide range of maps from small to rather large maps. So you will have plenty of room to get those kill streaks, but not to large you wonder where everyone is at.

A.V.A. has a pretty decent player base and well so you should have to problems finding a match. And speaking of matches A.V.A has more that your classic death match, FFA or demolition. It has something unique and its called escort. Which  where you are either trying to help or stop the tank reach a checkpoint.

So Chillin Yeti gives A.V.A. a 4 out of 5 only reason its not a 5 is because of a few lag spikes that happen and slower lvling than most FPS games. But I recommend anyone to try this game out cause it is AWESOME! So follow the link and sign up! http://ava.ijji.com/
